I called Saturday afternoon for repair on one section of my 1995 lanai hurricane shutters that came with my house that I bought last year. Within a few hours, Craig, the owner, came to the rescue and replaced and fixed 10 slats from plastic to stainless steel ones. Now the shutters go up and down again and no longer hear a ton of banging each time I use them. He even fixed a bracket to screw into the counter of my new dishwasher that was not done properly! Thank you so much Craig for your quick response and help. I will refer you and call you again if I need your help again in the future. 5+ Stars 🙂

Charles came out to give me a quote on installing hurricane shutters on my mobile home. After accepting the quote, Craig came out, took measurements and thoroughly explained what his instalation crew would be doing. Craig and his crew always showed up on the day and time he said he would, something that you don't see much anymore but was a pleasure to see it still matters to Craig. There was quite a bit of custom fabrication involved but the work Craig, Jr, and Jaime did was spot on. They cleaned up after they were done for the day, and kept me involved in any options or decisions that need to be made during the installation process. When they were finished, my new shutters worked better than I could have imagined!!

It's comforting to know that there is still quality service out there if you're lucky enough to find it!! Who better to install new hurricane rolling shutters than the technicians that fix them? They know who makes quality products & who doesn't, and these guys use the best shutters available. These shutters are so strong, not only do they keep out light, they help in keeping out sound and water as well!!! It's the best decision I have ever made, and I would recommend them to everyone. They do some quality work, I have seen it firsthand, and will use them in the future if I ever need them!

Following Hurricane Idalia I needed to find someone to repair the shutter that I couldn't lower before the storm. Craig responded quickly to my request for an estimate, and since he was going to be in my area the next day said he would stop by. Know that they came at 5:00 Sunday afternoon, Labor Day Weekend, after spending the day in Crystal River and Pine Island. Though my needs were minimal compared to the other customers they saw today, they were efficient and treated me as if I was the first customer of the day. I would be more than happy to call them again if/when I have hurricane shutter issues again.

We cannot say enough positive words about this company and their services. We have used them several times and always found them to be friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and clean. Our latest call was to repair a broken shutter. Within 30 minutes it was repaired and shutter operated beautifully. The area was cleaned and left better when finished.

Craig’s quick response to solve our HOA shutter problem was greatly appreciated. His kind, friendly manner is a plus for him and his company and we highly recommend him for any shutter needs you may have.
